VPI Staff/Team Notice

As we venture through 2022 we started strong with building and staying flush with our needed supply. However, we have hit a minor bump with potential COVID exposure with the staff. Because of this we have a skeleton crew in the office and missing a number of staff members on the floor. At this time we have been fortunate and staff members are coming back with negative COVID tests. We are still having staff members stay home until they are symptom free (even if it is not COVID we don’t want anyone getting sick). However, one of our members unfortunately came back positive and our thoughts are with him and a healthy recovery.

We have enough builders that tables are still getting processed, built, tested, and shipped but to be safe we have added 1-2 week estimates on lead times for new products, repairs, and upgrades. The main hit has been in our office so email responses and phones are a bit rougher than usual. We are doing everything we can to keep up while maintaining the safety of our staff.
