Herbal tea for breathing
I am looking for a natural way to support my lungs during the winter months when the air is so dry. I have heard a lot of good things about Mullein for respiratory support, but I am not sure if I should be drinking it as a tea or using a tincture. Which one is more effective for keeping the airways clear and healthy? I want to make sure I am getting the most out of the herb so I can breathe easier during the cold season. Any advice would be great.
