Grease splatter guard for electric griddle?
I use a large electric griddle for pancakes, eggs, bacon. Does a grease splatter guard work on flat griddles or is it only for round pans? Any that cover bigger surfaces?

It works surprisingly well on griddles – especially if you get a larger 13–14 inch one for better coverage. Mine sits flat across my rectangular griddle and catches grease flying from bacon or sausage really effectively. The wide rim helps it stay stable on flat edges, and the mesh lets heat/air circulate normally. No soggy food, just cleaner surrounding counters. Stainless holds up to the even heat too. I lift it occasionally to flip, but mostly leave it on. This one covers a good area and stays put on griddles – grease splatter guard . Big help for breakfast cooking.
