Best time to contact VPI via telephone for tech support?

Mat, I'm trying to reach VPI to help me with a noisy motor on my VPI Prime that's still under warranty. I've called multiple times from December 4 through December 6 during business hours and no one answers the phone. I've also reached out via email on December 4 and have received no reply, and I've posted the issue on the forum and no one from VPI has responded (although user Brf has replied with some great, although unsuccessful, troubleshooting steps).


I'm really anxious to get my motor fixed but I am having no luck getting in touch with anyone from VPI. Can you help?

Adams Rooms at CAF

So far it is looking like we will be rocking the Adams room with Prima Luna, Nordost, MC Audio Tech, and our Classic Signature and Signature DS! We will have records, swag, and other fun items as well. We also will be having a whole bunch of fun events including the return of our Casino night! More news to follow in the next few days.

Titan Direct, Acora, Audio Research, Cardas

As we are one week until Capital stay tuned for a lot more information to be posted and shared with an upcoming product newsletter within the week.

In the Jefferson room we will be featuring the Latest and Greatest in the Acora Speaker line as well as Audio Research electronics. It will be the same electronics we brought to CAF last year but they have all been upgraded to the latest specs. In general I'm also excited to see what is planned for AR in the future and the announcements that will be tied in. CHanging it up a bit by running Cardas cable for the system with the VPI Titan Direct leading the charge. At the moment the cartridges that are 100% are the VDH Frog Gold, VPI Shyla, VPI Goldy, and more than likely the Audio-Technica Anniversary cartridge.
