VPI Nomad V1

The VPI Nomad V1 was our first attempt to hit an entry level all in one turntable that would be easy to use and a potential first table for new listeners.  However, there was no upgrade path established for the Nomad mainly because we didn't think anyone would upgrade the table.  Rather, the assumptions was a customer would sell off or pass on their Nomad V1 and purchase a higher level VPI when they were ready.  After some unique DIY experiences and some learning on our own part we eventually transitioned this product in to the V2.  The Nomad V1 was only availablabe with an MDF platter.
