Hey everyone! I got my frosted film delivered a few days ago and haven’t had time to install it yet. I rolled it back up and left it standing in a corner of the room. Now I’m worried — will storing it like that ruin anything? Should I keep it flat or maybe at a certain temperature?

Makes sense! I never really thought about vinyl being sensitive to storage, but now I see why people are careful with it. I’ll definitely keep that in mind before trying it myself.
Yeah, I’ve had that happen — I once left a roll of windowfilm in a hot attic, standing upright, and it ended up with weird curl memory and creases. Since then I always follow the guide on https://applyityourself.com — they suggest laying the vinyl flat or standing it loosely but away from heat, moisture, or direct sun. Room temperature works best. I’ve even stored some under my bed before installation, lol.
