Last summer, we spent a day on Lake Travis with friends. We rented a boat, cruised around, and had fun. But when it came time to relax, we realized we hadn’t planned anything beyond the ride. We ended up just floating near the shore, which was nice, but not exactly what you'd call “comfortable.” Now I’m looking for a spot around the lake where you can dock and enjoy a proper break — maybe grab some food, chill out with amenities, feel like you're on vacation.
