Hello everyone! I read a lot about coaching, but I don’t fully understand whether it really works. There are people who claim that a coach helped them completely change their lives, achieve goals and find balance. But there are also skeptics who say that it’s a waste of money. Personally, I wonder if it’s worth trying. It’s especially important to understand if there is any practical benefit to it, and not just pretty talk. Maybe some of you have already contacted a coach and can share their experience? Was there a result, and how noticeable was it?
