What is the proper recommended lubricant for spindles on Vpi Turntables? (Traveler) I've seen folks say a dollop of lithium super lube grease on tip of bearing and others say oil bath..

The Traveler has an oil bath bearing, therefore, 30 or 40 weight synthetic oil. Literally 3-5 drops into the bearing hole. Don't forget to clean out the bearing before re-oiling.
