Hi everyone, I’m trying to figure out how Medicare works for home care here in Pennsylvania. My mom just had surgery and her doctor said she might need some in-home assistance, but I’m really confused about what Medicare will actually cover. I’ve read a little online, but the rules seem so complicated and I don’t want to end up paying for everything out of pocket. Has anyone dealt with this before?

Yo! I've checked out Coldbet and it's a solid online casino with a decent selection of games, including slots and table games. Go to https://coldbet.web.za/en/ The interface is user-friendly, and they offer some nice bonuses for new players. Definitely worth a try if you're into online gambling!
Hey, I went through something very similar with my aunt last year. Medicare can cover home care, but it’s mostly for skilled nursing or therapy after a hospital stay, not everyday help like cooking or cleaning. You’ll usually need a doctor’s order, and the care has to be considered “medically necessary.” Some people don’t realize that Medicare Advantage plans can sometimes have slightly different rules. I found this article really helpful when I was trying to sort everything out: Here's some info on whether Medicare covers home care in PA?. It explains eligibility, what types of care are covered, and how long it usually lasts. For us, having a care coordinator from the hospital explain the process made a huge difference because it’s easy to get lost in all the paperwork.
