I’ve been going back and forth for weeks now trying to decide which direction makes the most sense for a project I’m working on. It’s a fairly straightforward mobile app, but I want to make sure I don’t box myself in later. Native seems like the safest in terms of performance, but hybrid and especially Flutter look appealing because of the speed of development and the fact that I wouldn’t need two separate teams. Has anyone here actually dealt with this dilemma in real life and can share what worked best for them?
