Hello everyone! I am interested in the experience of people who have equipped a wine storage display for a wine bar. I want to create a corner where the bottles will be beautifully displayed and at the same time stored correctly in terms of temperature and humidity. What types of racks, cabinets or shelves did you use? What really works, and what only looks nice but is not practical? Are there any tips on combining functionality and design so that guests can see the collection, but at the same time it remains in ideal conditions? I am especially interested if someone combined open storage and refrigerated cabinets - how to organize this so that it is convenient for the staff and safe for the wine?

To be honest, for me all these wine storages are a real wild luxury. When I see a separate wine cabinet or even a mini-cellar in someone's apartment, I am downright envious. At most, I have a shelf in the kitchen for a couple of bottles of wine, and they are next to the pots. To imagine that at home you can open a beautiful glass display case where the bottles are neatly arranged, each in its own place, with lighting - it's like from films or magazines about the lives of "other people". For me, this is not just about the convenience of storage, but about the level of style and status. Sometimes I think: this is not just a show-off. People who have such a storage can really store wine correctly, not worry about the temperature and humidity, and then, years later, enjoy the taste the way the winemaker intended. And at that moment I open a bottle that "overheated" in the summer, and am glad that at least it is not vinegar.
