The title says it all. I've loved the TNT table since I bought it around '94, and it's still stock, although I do use it with an SDS. I tried the squash ball update and wasn't impressed. Can any of VPI's recent feet be adapted to the TNT without making a kludge of it?

Hello, if cleeds 123 is out there give me a yell! Need some info on your feet upgrade.
Thanks!
That table looks beutiful!
Thanks everyone for the info. I decided to try feet from MNPC Tech, which can be fitted by using a coupling nut and longer set screw in the tower. (I also used some jam nuts just to keep things tight.) This is a definite step up in stability from the original elephant feet and aesthetically I think it's perfect.
BRF this is fantastic info. Thank you so much! This really opens a world of possibilities.
The TNT corner tower top cap has a 1/4-20 thread, therefore, you can thread a 1/4-20 cap screw into the top so that extends beyond the corner tower bottom. From there, you can use either a Black Diamond Racing puck or a Stillpoint Untra base (both have a 1/4-20 bore centre hole) and thread it onto the cap screw untill tightens up to the base of the corner tower. You now have a corner tower with flat secure/
solid bottom that has either a 1/4-20 male stud or a 1/4-20 female recess which will accept any VPI footers or many after market footers. Attached a picture of a HRX with aftermarket BDR footers for reference
Thanks for all of this info! Maybe I can find one of those official conversion kits as NOS stock somewhere.
With my old III I went with a solution from Eden Sound, since they can do custom work, but for best results I needed a good platform as a base--either Eden Sound's or a Symposium Ultra. This combination tightened bass and opened up the midrange without losing that "solid" TNT sound. I'd also note that since I, too, had an SDS I removed the three-point sled and got the pulley for the SDS and a couple of belts of the correct length. It did reduce background noise.
Any alternate footers will require some modification to work with a TNT since the corner tower pillars are hollow with the feet currently supported from the top. When you ran the paddle ball suspension, did you use the VPI upgrade "kit" or DIY?
