Hello,
I have a 299D which is a few years old, and the led input indicator no longer illuminates when the amp is power on. It will light up once the input selector has been turned to an input. Is this a capacitor issue within the selector circuit?
Thanks,
Kim

Hello!
It sounds like you're experiencing a minor issue with your 299D amplifier. The fact that the LED input indicator only lights up once you've turned the input selector suggests that there could be a problem within the selector circuit. It's possible that a capacitor or another component in the circuit isn't functioning properly and needs to be checked.
If you're comfortable with electronics, you could start by inspecting the selector circuit for any visible issues, such as bulging capacitors or loose connections. If you're not sure, it might be a good idea to take it to a professional technician who can diagnose and fix the issue for you.
Hope this helps, and good luck with your 299D!
