Looking for good options for employee time tracking and PTO management
Hey everyone, I'm trying to find a better system for managing my small team's hours and vacation requests. Currently, we're using a mix of spreadsheets and emails, and it's becoming a bit of a headache, especially with calculating overtime and tracking PTO balances accurately. It feels like I spend too much time chasing people for their hours or double-checking calculations. Does anyone have experience with good, straightforward software or systems that could streamline this process for a team of around 15 people? I really want something user-friendly that won't require a huge learning curve.
