For me, survival servers with a strong community aspect are always a favorite. It's rewarding to build and explore alongside others, collaborating on projects or even just sharing resources. Skyblock is another one that I find really engaging because it presents a unique challenge of resource management and expansion from very limited beginnings. These modes often encourage teamwork and strategic planning, which are great for playing with friends.
