Major toilet overflow — need someone who can come out immediately!
I am currently having a minor heart attack. My kids somehow managed to clog the main toilet upstairs, and when I tried to plunge it, everything just started overflowing onto the floor. I’ve managed to turn the silver knob behind it to stop the flow, but it’s still a huge mess and we have guests coming over tonight for a dinner party. I really don't want to spend my evening scrubbing the floors and worrying about a leak through the ceiling. Does anyone know a company in Ottawa that actually responds to these kinds of "small but urgent" disasters? I need someone who can get here in the next couple of hours, not tomorrow morning. Any help or suggestions would be a total lifesaver right now!
