My internet service provider has been acting very strangely with its DNS filtering over the last couple of days. For some reason, I can't reach the Baji999 domain without getting a "timed out" error, even though my other apps are working perfectly fine. It is quite annoying when localized routing issues in Pakistan prevent you from accessing specific web resources for hours.
