Is it better to plan a bachelor party yourself or use a service to organize everything in Montreal?

Last year I tried planning a bachelor party for my cousin all on my own. At first, I thought it’d be simple—book a couple of things, reserve dinner, maybe find a show or activity. But wow, it ended up being way more stressful than I expected. Between coordinating times, dealing with last-minute changes, and trying to keep everyone happy, I barely enjoyed the night myself. This time around, for a friend’s party in Montreal, I’m debating whether to plan everything from scratch again or just use some kind of service that handles the details. Curious if anyone’s gone that route and whether it’s actually worth the extra cost?
