Hello Guys , I have tube amp, preamp and phono pre in my rack and I am currently using seperate muffin fans on the sides of the units to cool. What do you guys use to cool your tube components in racks. I want it to be very quiet. I saw a unit that sits on top on component but I worry about vibration it might introduce into component. Thoughts?

I have had good results with Cooler Guys fans - many models to choose from. I used with two MC275MkVI mono blocks.
Is your rack a closed or open system? Whisper fans are excellent. Get as large of fans as possible with a speed control. Most of the fan noise is from the blades rotating at a high speed. You want to lower the speed to reduce noise and have a large blade to push volume. Also, it is best to use a fan to pull air away from the equipment to exhaust the heat and to promote better convection cooling. If mounting the fan to the rack, use rubber bumper stand offs to reduce vibration.
