General site issues - post here
I thought it might be good to start a list of observations of things that should get fixed for this new site.
A duplicate user name check. Currently when people go to My Account to enter a user name they'd like, there is no check to see if that name is already in use. If this doesn't get fixed ASAP, I suspect we'll soon be having problems. People will be standing up, one after another, going "I'm Spartacus!", "I'm Spartacus!"... for those who get the reference. 😉
The little notifier bell next to the user icon in the upper banner seems not to do anything to alert the user that there are new posts for the user. Nor does it seem to clear once those new posts are viewed.
Add items as they get identified...
