I’ve been trying to understand what companies like AgileEngine actually do beyond the usual “software outsourcing” label. At first I thought it’s just another dev agency, but the more I read, the more it seems like they position themselves more like an engineering partner with full product involvement — not just coding tasks. In one project I observed, the biggest difference wasn’t the developers themselves, but how much ownership and structure they brought into the workflow compared to typical outsourced teams. I was digging deeper into how they describe their approach and services, and decided to read more learn more Agile Engine which helped me understand how they combine dedicated teams, AI-driven development, and product delivery under one system. It made me rethink the difference between “outsourcing” and “embedded engineering teams.”
