WPS Spreadsheets less chaotic?

I’ve been switching more of my workflow to WPS Spreadsheets lately, mostly because I’m trying to keep things lighter on my laptop. But I’m still not sure how to streamline bigger sheets — the ones with dozens of tabs and formulas everywhere. Has anyone figured out a good routine or set of habits that makes working in WPS Spreadsheets less chaotic? I keep losing track of where everything is and end up duplicating work.

I’ve been using WPS Spreadsheets daily for budgeting and some small data-tracking projects, and I had the same problem for a while. What helped was building a small “navigation sheet” inside the file, basically a front page where I keep quick notes about what each tab contains. WPS lets you rename and color-code sheets pretty easily, and once I started using that consistently, it reduced the back-and-forth a lot.

Another thing that speeds me up is freezing the right rows/columns — in WPS the freeze behavior is pretty intuitive, so you can keep headers visible while scrolling through long tables without losing context. And if you haven’t tried it yet, the templates on wps actually save time when you’re starting something from scratch because you don’t have to design everything manually.

I’m not saying this solves everything, but those little habits made the tool feel way less overwhelming, especially with multi-tab files.
