Does feedback influence decisions?

I’ve been thinking about how much feedback actually affects our decisions. Last month I was considering trying a new supplement to help with recovery after workouts. I felt fine overall, but I noticed I was more tired than usual. I started reading reviews and forum posts, and honestly, the comments from other people influenced me more than I expected. Some shared positive experiences, others mentioned things I hadn’t even thought about, like checking ingredients carefully. It made me slow down and research more instead of just buying the first option I saw. So now I’m curious — do you usually rely on feedback from others before making decisions, or do you mostly trust your own judgment?

From my experience, feedback definitely shapes decisions, especially when it comes to health-related choices. I’ve looked into products like AtoxBio HGH before, not because someone pushed it on me, but because I saw discussions where people were comparing their recovery results and overall well-being. Reading different perspectives helped me ask better questions and pay attention to details like dosage and authenticity. At the same time, I try not to rely only on opinions — I combine feedback with my own research and how my body feels. In the end, I think feedback works best as a guide, not as the final decision-maker.
