Sending money to family in the US via cryptocurrency

I live abroad and want to regularly send money to my family in the US. I've seen that many people use cryptocurrency as an intermediary tool because it's faster and cheaper. But I don't quite understand how to convert money into stablecoin correctly to avoid large exchange rate fluctuations and not lose money on commissions. Can anyone recommend a convenient option for beginners?

For transfers to the US, it is really convenient to use stablecoins such as USD Coin (USDC), because its exchange rate is pegged to the US dollar and the risk of fluctuations is minimal. I often send money to my family this way — I quickly buy USDC and transfer it. You can read more about this here: . This makes conversion easier and transfers more predictable. The main thing is to check the fees and choose reliable platforms so that the money arrives quickly and without unnecessary costs.
