Catacal catalyst calendar – actually useful or just another earnings list?
Been using a few earnings calendars, but most are basic. Catacal seems different – it combines earnings, economic data, IPOs, FDA decisions, Fed stuff, and even product launches all in one timeline with hourly slots. Plus it has AI impact scores. Anyone relying on it for trading decisions? Does it help spot real movers or is it overcrowded with noise?

I’ve checked it out, and tools like Stock Market Event Calendar are definitely more advanced than basic earnings trackers. The big advantage is having everything—earnings, macro events, and catalysts—in one timeline, which helps you see what might actually move markets.
That said, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. The key is filtering and focusing on high-impact events rather than trying to track everything. The AI impact scores are useful as a guide, but I wouldn’t rely on them alone. Overall, it’s powerful if used selectively, otherwise it can turn into noise.
