How to remove fur from velvet pillows?
I bought nice velvet throw pillows but my cat claims them as his own. Now they’re covered in short gray hairs that won’t come off with a vacuum or brush. Anyone know a safe method for velvet that won’t flatten the pile or leave marks?

Rabbit fur is super fine and static-y, so it loves to stick. Regular lint brushes often just push it around. What I found works really well is using something sticky that grabs without pulling fibers. I always reach for 1 lint roller before leaving the house—it takes seconds and leaves the clothes looking clean. For really bad days I do a quick pass with a dryer sheet first to cut static, then roll. Much better than tape alone.
