Vpi Tonearm swap specs
Please don't laugh but I do not know which tonearm I have. I bought a VPA Prime about 9 years ago and always assumed I had a 3D 10" JMW memorial tonearm. I wanted to swap for a Gimbal. I got ready to order the 10" Gimball and decided to check. I realized I really do not know how to check. The arm is a little over 12". How do I check for sure? Thanks in advance.

Hey James, I think we got you on the back end with the emails. But just for good measure for anyone else with the same question, the original Prime came with a Unipivot 3D. Around 2018 we started to make the gimbal an option and noticed a lot of special requests for orders to go out with gimbals. For the 21 series we flipped the script and made the gimbal the standard. Since doing so customer service issues and questions on setup and the arm have totally dropped off.
