Support on my counter weight/ counter intuitive
Matt or Harry, several weeks back Peter Ledermann sent you an email on my behalf. The request in this email is to provide me a counter weight that will fit the counter intuitive from soundsmith.
Either Matt or Harry agreed to resolve this issue. At the request of VPI I sent in the counter intuitive and the counter weight.
I have waited many weeks and am not receiving replies to my emails and every time I call I go to voicemail.
I am reaching out in this forum hoping to get this topic addressed.
Claire has all of my contact info. Please lprovide me with the plan. I have been without my Turntable too long.

A big thank you to both Harry and Matt. They resovled my issue perfectly. The main take away is VPI customer service is always available and willing to support you independent of the age of your table. VPI is a fantastic company!
