Motor vibrates but doesn't spin.
Hey everyone just tried to use my table and the motor will vibrate but will not spin. I have an HW19 with a stand alone motor. I removed the belt and just vibrates. Any ideas? Thank you in advance.

Most likely the run capacitor.
