I believe the rubber rings on the anti-skate device are 8mm outside diameter and 3mm inside diameter. The finish on the VPI parts, such as the VTA base, is "glass-blasted aluminum."

I think you're right, the O-rings are 8mm OD and 3mm ID. Thanks again for the tip.

Hi Mat, Thanks for your generous offer to share some of the information regarding the Avenger arm board which I’ll be using to fabricate an arm board for my TNT 6.  Someone on Facebook posted some of the dimensions of the Avenger arm board but I have some other questions which maybe your staff can answer: 1)      How wide is the (interference) gap in the “ring” of the arm board?  How much does this narrow with tightening of the screw?  2)      What is the width of the “ring,” the narrowest part of the arm board (e.g. ½”)? 3)      What are the dimensions of the cap head screw used to tighten the gap? 4)      How is the arm board finished (painted v. sand-blasted)? 5)      Diameter of the Avenger corner post/tower? I'm designing an arm board for a 2nd arm that attaches to the left rear tower of a TNT 6, similar to ones used on the Avenger (and HRX) turntables. Can someone who owns an Avenger check some measurements for me? 1.       Overall width, length and thickness of the Avenger arm board; 2.       Diameter of the circular opening of the arm board and diameter of the corner post; 3.       Width and length of the gap in the “ring” of the arm board that narrows with tightening of the screw; 4.       Size of the screw. Would greatly appreciate any help you can provide and thank you in advance for your time. Here's an early mock-up:

Brf, Thanks for that advice. What type of shop would do the custom fabrication? Does VPI paint or anodize the final finish on their arm bases/boards (e.g. Avenger)?

brf, Thanks for the suggestion. I've seen similar arm boards for the Avenger and a HRX (custom?) but not for the TNT series. One critical dimension is the circumference of the opening in the arm board that, when clamped down with a screw, would secure the arm board to the TNT tower.  I wouldn't know where to start to get one fabricated. A specialist machinist?
