Hey everyone, I recently had to organize a group trip for about 35 people, and we decided to rent a charter bus for the first time. I’m honestly curious—what are some of the things I should know before booking? I mean, I want everyone to be comfortable and safe, but I also don’t want to end up paying more than necessary. Has anyone had experiences with last-minute changes or unexpected fees? Any advice would really help because I feel a little lost navigating all this.

I know organizing a trip like this seems complex but if you do it the right way, it's attainable. Usually it's some large charter bus, but if you want something more chic or you're just doing a shorter distance anyway, you can look into limo London that can accommodate both large groups or mini limos. The cost usually provides rental, fuel and labor, but they may include extra charges for an overnight stay, parking, and waiting. Again it's best to find out what the cost includes and have a written agreement.
