How do I remove the tonearm base from my Scoutmaster's plinth? Is it just the three visible phillips screws on top and disconnect the ground wire underneath then pull it out of the plinth? Thanks, Sam

Would adding the SDS be an improvement for my Scout? I've been using a Music Hall Cruise Control with it for years but I've read that the SDS works quite differently.

How tight should the belt on my Scout be? I've never seen anything about tension on the belt antwhere. There's nothing in the manual about it, just how to install it. I can't even find anything about it anywhere online.

The stylus on my Dynavector 20X-2L sometimes slides across the lead in grooves on my lps. It's mounted on the JMW-9 Memorial arm on my older Scout. I'm not applying any anti skate other than the tonearm wire without any twisting. Tracking force on the Dyna is set at the recommended 2 grams. I have the anti skate mechanism but it's disconnected at present. I don't recall it doing this with my other carts, an ART9-XA and a ZYX Bloom 3. Any advice? Thanks, Sam
