Avenger Direct with Reference Analog and more at SAF25

We had an incredible time at Southwest Audio Fest, and we’re still buzzing from the energy, music, and unforgettable moments shared with our extended audio family. One of the true highlights of the weekend was seeing our Avenger Direct Turntable proudly featured in the Reference Analog room—an absolute showcase of high-end audio done right.

Walking into the room, it was impossible not to feel the synergy. The system was a dream lineup:

  • VPI Avenger Direct Turntable – the heart and soul of the analog part of the system

  • My Sonic Lab – Signature Gold MC Cartridge

  • Boulder Amplification – delivering unmatched control and musicality

  • Rockport Technologies Orion speakers – room-filling sound with jaw-dropping precision and dynamic base

  • Nordost cabling – ensuring a pristine signal path

  • Soul to Sole Audio record racks – functional, stylish, and perfect for vinyl lovers

  • HRS Racks - solid isolation and stability for all types of audio gear

But beyond the gear, what made the experience truly special was the people.

I was genuinely thrilled to reconnect with Jeff, the owner of Reference Analog. His passion, dedication, and attention to detail were on full display in every corner of the room. Sharing the space with someone who pours their heart into this industry was an absolute pleasure.

It was also a treat to catch up with Jon Zimmer, who represents Rockport Technologies. Jon is not only a consummate professional, but a genuinely great guy—and hearing Rockport speakers sing alongside our Avenger Direct reminded us all why we love what we do. It was great having a chance to work along side with Jon again since he abandoned all of us in Jersey years ago to move up to Maine!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared stories, and celebrated the magic of music with us. Southwest Audio Fest delivered in every way, and we’re already looking forward to the next one.

Avenger Direct with Reference Analog and events like SAF25 show how technology and innovation shape modern industries. I think learning about these developments is valuable because it broadens understanding of business and design. In a similar way, students sometimes seek academic support such as assignment help Edinburgh, but personal engagement with studies remains important. Support can guide learning, yet effort builds lasting skills. What are your thoughts on balancing technology trends and education?

This post does a solid job highlighting the key steps for submitting research to Scopus-indexed journals, especially the need to carefully follow formatting guidelines, select the right journal, and anticipate revision requests. I liked the reminder that thorough preparation and patience during peer review can prevent common setbacks. For researchers who grasp these basics but need extra support, some turn to an Academic Scopus Journal Submission Service, though understanding the process as you outlined here is already a big advantage.

I read about the VPI Avenger Direct turntable being shown with Reference Analog gear at the Southwest Audio Fest and it was cool to see how much passion people put into really clear sound and great music experiences because the setup looked like a real feast for vinyl lovers. When I was overloaded with deadlines I once had to hire someone to take my online Management class so I could focus on a big group project, and that made me see how smart choices can free up your head for creative stuff too.
