During every Concierge visit we don't simply assemble a turntable. We educate, optimize, answer questions, verify system performance, and make recommendations based on your listening goals.

If you decide you'd like to explore additional upgrades while we're there, our Concierge can also provide options such as cartridges, tonearms, speed controllers, phono accessories, record cleaning machines, interconnects, and other VPI-approved enhancements.
