A Great VPI House Event with Gingko Audio

We’re still buzzing from this past weekend’s event at the VPI House!

It was a pleasure hosting our friends from Ginkgo Audio, who introduced their innovative MooVu speaker kit. Designed with flexibility and creativity in mind, the MooVu arrives as a collection of thoughtfully engineered components, allowing users to build, modify, and truly personalize their listening experience. As a turntable manufacturer that deeply appreciates the art of DIY and customization, we found this approach especially inspiring.

Each room in the house featured a unique system, all anchored by a VPI turntable as the analog centerpiece. Guests had the opportunity to experience our Model One, the HW-40 with custom leather finish, and the Avenger Direct, each paired with carefully selected components to highlight their strengths.

The day was filled with hands-on speaker building, great conversations, and immersive listening sessions that carried on throughout the event. It was a fantastic blend of learning, creativity, and, of course, music.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us, we’re already looking forward to welcoming you back for the next event!
Thanks to the New Jersey, New York, and Philidelphia Audio Society for joining us as well!

What an inspiring event at the VPI House! The collaboration with Ginkgo Audio and their MooVu speaker kit was a highlight. For a fun challenge, check out this engaging puzzle game: ブロックブラストBlock Blast. It’s addictive and a great way to unwind!
I enjoyed reading this because the event sounds more than just a product demo—it feels like a real mix of creativity, hands-on learning, and shared listening. The speaker-building element especially stood out to me, since experiences like that make people more engaged and curious. I can easily see why environments matter so much during sessions like this. Good sound is one part of it, but comfort, air quality, and stable temperature shape attention too. That is why a thermostat for schools makes sense beyond classrooms alone. If schools want spaces for music, tech, and collaboration to feel inviting, smart climate control can quietly make a big difference.
This sounds like such a fun concept—I love anything that lets you build and tweak your own setup instead of just buying something fixed. It kind of reminds me of PolyTrack , where customizing your approach makes the experience more personal and engaging. How easy is it for beginners to assemble the MooVu kit?
